The RILYC invites artists to perform at Voices in the Casa, a creative experience February 27 at the Casa de Guadalupe Center in Allentown, presented in partnership with Scenic Root Art.

Voices in the Casa brings together artists across disciplines to celebrate expression, culture, and connection. Whether you are emerging or established, this is a space to be heard, supported, and seen.

We’re welcoming performers across creative styles, including:

Vocalists and singers
Musicians
Poets and spoken word artists
Rappers and lyricists
Other creative performance styles

To be considered:

Complete the performer sign-up form
Advance sign-up is strongly encouraged, as performance slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Day-of sign ups are based on availability and will require performance tracks be on a USB flash drive

Performer sign-ups are coordinated through Susan Hunt at RILYC. Music and performance tracks are coordinated through DJ Ivo at the RILYC.

Thank you for submitting your form to be considered for Voices in the Casa. We’re excited to learn more about you and your work. Performance tracks must be submitted by February 20, 2026, to both susanhunt@lcconnections.org & djivo21@gmail.com with subject line "VOICES IN THE CASA".

Submitting tracks to both email addresses with the correct subject line ensures your performance can be properly scheduled and prepared. If performance tracks are not submitted by February 20, they must be provided the day of the event on a flash drive.

Follow Scenic Root Art & the RILYC. A member of the RILYC team will reach out to confirm your performance once all materials have been received. Thank you for your interest in this community-centered experience.

Please remember: Voices in the Casa is a community-centered event designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all attendees. All performers are expected to present material that is respectful of the space, the audience, and fellow artists. Content should be appropriate for a shared community setting and mindful of the diverse individuals in attendance.
